Check-In / Check-Out

Restrictions

• Guests below 18 years of age are allowed at the property with parents
• Smoking within the room is not allowed. May smoke in the parking area next to pool. Strictly no smoking in common areas, & pool surroundings.
• Standard check-in time is as stated by the property.
• Increase in time will be charged according to the property
• Swimming is at guest’s own risk and company will not be responsible for any mishap.
• Early check in and late check out at a fee, but subject to availability
• Check in 2 Pm and check out 11 am
• Loud music systems are allowed until 10 Pm
• 100 percent cancellation charges will be levied if cancelled after check in date or no show
• Free cancellation if cancelled between booking date and 3 days before check-in date
• Smoking inside rooms are strictly prohibited
• Allows parties and events but at extra cost
• Access to swimming pool is optional at extra cost. Please contact property manager for details
• Should follow the resort policies

• Outside visitors not allowed
• A fee will be levied if any damage is caused to the property by the guest
• No loud noise or disturbances are allowed in the property after 10 PM.
• Only synthetic materials are allowed in the pool
• Couples below 18 years of age are not allowed
• Any damage to the property or props will be recovered from guest.
• Vehicle parking will be at owner’s risk.

Restrictions

• Any type of misbehavior at property will cause penalty or legal action on guest.
• All legal matters are subjected to Rajsamand jurisdiction.
• 2 Kids above the of 6 upto the age of 12 will be considered as 1 adult
• Unmarried Couples are not allowed
• Guests must respect the calm, family-friendly heritage environment. Any property damage is chargeable. Management may deny stay for rule violations
• Non refundable advance of 30% to be paid to book the property.
• We appreciate guests for NOT SMOKING inside the homestay premises.
• Alcohol is allowed in rooms if consumed responsibly. Please avoid noise, respect neighbors, and note the homestay does not provide alcohol.
• Guests are requested to maintain a Non-Smoking Homestay
• No parties or drugs. Alcohol only in private. Quiet hours 10 PM–7 AM. Check-in 2 PM, checkout 11 AM strictly.
• Any tariff difference due to date change or seasonal pricing must be borne by the guest.
• Full refund for cancellations >7 days before arrival (service charges apply). Cancellations within 7 days get 50% refund.
• No refund for cancellations within 72 hours of arrival, same-day cancellations, no-shows, or early check-outs.
• Bonfire is chargeable.
• Guests are requested to kindly pay the balance amount at the time of check-in.

Guest Profile

• Unmarried couples are not allowed in hourly stay rooms
• Unmarried couples/guests with Local IDs are allowed.
• Primary guest should be atleast 18 years of age.
• We provide a professional and inclusive environment for families, corporate guests, and all couples.
• Guests below the age of 18 should be accompanied by either a parent or sibling

• Passport, Aadhar, Driving License and Govt. ID are accepted as ID proof(s)

Food Arrangement

• Food delivery service is not available at the property
• We kindly request all guests to separate food waste and plastic waste, as it helps us manage waste more efficiently and keep the surroundings clean.
• Food service to the room is available for two people

• Alcohol consumption is only allowed inside rooms
• Smoking is not allowed inside room
• Smoking indoors is not permitted

Child & Extra Bed Policy

• Double Occupancy rooms with King size bed, Extra person will be chargeable
• Children 7 years and above will be chargeable
• No extra bed will be provided to accommodate any child included in the booking.
• No extra bed will be provided to accommodate any additional guest included in the booking.
• An extra mattress will be provided to accommodate any additional guest included in the booking for a charge mentioned below. (Subject to availability)
• An extra bed will be provided to accommodate any child included in the booking for a reasonable charge
• Children up to 6 stay free without extra bed. Ages 7–12 charged ₹1000. Extra persons charged as per applicable rates.
• Children aged 7 to 12 years can stay in the same room for an additional charge of Rs. 1000. Extra persons will be charged as per the applicable rates.
• Children less than or equal to 6 years stay free with meals. Ages 7–17 charged for stay and meals. Guests 18+ are considered adults and charged adult rates.
• Rollaway bed available for additional guests at nominal charge. Children ≤7 stay free; 8–12 charged ₹1000; 12+ charged ₹1500 + tax, incl. breakfast
